SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)

Job Responsibility:
As the true guarantor of the availability and performance of our infrastructure, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and security of servers and networks. You play a key role in the company's digital transformation by optimizing our daily work tools.
1. Main Responsibilities
· Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical and virtual) as well as network equipment.
· Maintenance and Monitoring: Ensure system monitoring to prevent failures and guarantee maximum availability (SLA).
· IT Security: Manage backups, apply security patches, and ensure data protection (firewalls, antivirus, access rights).
· Desk Support: Provide level 2/3 expertise to users and resolve complex incidents.
· IT Evolution: Participate in migration projects (Cloud, automation) and write technical documentation.
2. Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
· Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, Azure AD) and/or Linux (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu).
· Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, or Prox Mox.
· Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP.
· Cloud & Automation: Knowledge of AWS/Azure and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
· Backup: Veeam, Bacula, or similar solutions.
3. Desired Qualities (Soft Skills)
· Responsiveness: Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
· Behavior: Strong organizational skills and adherence to security procedures.
· Curiosity: Constant technological awareness to propose improvements.
· Learning: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts.

Profil du poste

Job Profile:
· Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science.
· Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role.
· Bonus: Good Knowledge in coding, software development would be a major asset.
