PORJECT DIRECTOR

• Experience managing refinery construction KPIs and performance dashboards. Proven ability to manage FIDIC-based contracts
• Advanced Project Controls & EVM Proficiency
• Familiarity with Quality Management Standards e.g., ISO 9001, API standards
• Knowledge of Local Ivorian Construction Codes, labour laws, CNPS (social security) contributions, local hiring requirements, and customs clearance procedures for construction materials will be an advantage.

Profil du poste

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum). A Master’s degree in Project Management or MBA is highly preferred.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is required. NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the EPC industry, with at least 8 years in a Senior Project Management role.
• Proven track record of managing industrial construction projects (Refinery, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial) in Côte d’Ivoire or West Africa.
• Extensive experience managing FIDIC or similar international construction contracts.
