✅ Languages:

* Fluent English (spoken and written) — C1 level minimum

* Comfortable with smartphones, messaging apps, email, and basic office software
* Fast typing and organized when using digital tools
✅ Soft Skills:
* Clear, confident speaker — not shy on the phone
* Reliable, responsive, and able to handle pressure
* Polite and professional in all interactions
